My name is Ellie, founder and owner of Mind Body Spirit Massage. I believe massage isn’t a luxury, it’s for better health! So, when I hear numerous times from clients how much my massage has changed their life, I know I’m living my belief. Hearing from clients who come to me with pain and leave my table feeling pain free and how long the massage benefits last with them, is the reason I became a massage therapist in the first place, to help people. Knowing that my massage has made a difference in someone’s life, let’s me know that I’m giving back to something good, a gift, to my clients in chronic pain by healing them to the best of my abilities.

Hello, my name Claudette, and I have been a licensed massage therapist specializing in spa and relaxation services for almost 17 years. I enjoy helping people relax and relieve stress and daily tension. I am also skilled in deep tissue, pregnancy massage, sports therapy, reflexology, hot stone therapy, and body treatments (scrubs & wraps).

Hi, my name is Tanna. I am from the Pacific Northwest and have been in the Natural Therapeutic industry since 2012. I have primarily practiced personal rehabilitation alongside Physical Therapists assisting clients with both short-term and long-term healing plans. Finding a good balance on your healing journey can be difficult and can most definitely be achieved with persistence! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family doing all kinds of outdoor activities. My favorite is spending the day fishing.

We specialize in Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage and believe in the healing benefits these modalities offer. We can customize and integrate the massage session with deep tissue, swedish or sports massage. You may also add Percussion Massage Gun, CHABA oil or essential oils to your session. All sessions are a full hour of hands on massage.

We offer Cryoskin Services along with our many massage therapy services. Cryoskin is a great non-surgical procedure to rejuvenate your skin. The procedure makes use of heat and cold to reduce fat cells to tone and tighten your skin. Give your skin the boost it needs to help you feel more confident.
